I don’t know if it’s my phone my Wi-Fi or the app but I cannot connect my light panels onto the app and I keep getting an error code 5. I had to go on many different resources and you’re saying I cannot use a 5G network,In my opinion sounds ridiculous and that any type of network she’ll let you connect to your lights. I bought my lights last year and still can’t connected to the app.

Only had for 8 months so far but After about 3 months of having them I bought more add ons it was great then last week. Started to mess up and now I can’t connect tried to reset and hard reset which doesn’t work. Didn’t even get one year out of it. Not happy. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Great when they work

For a product as expensive as Nanoleaf it would be great if they worked. They are always “Unreachable” and never work properly. Support's advice is to reset them all the time. It's such a pain.


Fantastic, when it works

This is a great product, when it works. Sometimes it disconnects from the wifi in the middle of the night, then it starts flashing this little white light which is bright enough to wake me up at 3am, thanks for that. So I unplug the unit so I can fall back asleep. Then the next day it takes me fifteen minutes to reconnect everything to the right network and get the app up and running. This happens about twice a month and is getting to the point where I can’t be bothered using my lights because they take so long to set up again

I thought I could create a scene in the app and use that to figure out how many to buy. Nope. Went through the process of giving Nanoleaf access to our Homekit, phone data, device access, etc only to find out it couldn’t do what the website makes it sound like it can do. Can you at least write how long the line segments are on the website? Or are you too busy making my tab say you love me when it’s not active? All of the flash and design makes me think the product isn’t very high quality.


Easy install

I just received my 3 Nanoleaf bulbs. Very very easy to add to HomeKit. It only took a few minutes even with all 3 bulbs needing a firmware update. This, of course, is only the first day of action. We’ll see about the future use. That is the reason for 4 star, not 5.


System does not work

This should be pretty simple I am an Apple home user and I cannot pair the nano elements. Extremely time consuming and very frustrating.

I had been having an increasingly terrible experience, when I was recently notified to update all of my Essentials devices to new firmware that included the Thread update. Things are working great again—well done, Nanoleaf!
