Not happy

Neil Soares

The app seems to be nice but I think it is too confused to add your exercises routines. YouTube Videos links do not work.

Fantastic App for CrossFit

M WorkFlowy user

I've been using this app for three years, and it has really helped me track my CrossFit development. I love documenting my WOD progress (and pulling from my gym's feed makes it so easy!), but the Movement feature is especially helpful for recording my lifts on heavy lifting days. I also use the Tabata timer quite a bit. Love love love it, and highly recommend it!

Keep Losing Timer

NimrodSonOfCush

I really like this app, but twice now I've been in the middle of a long WOD and the stopwatch timer got cancelled out when I had to switch apps and come back. I think it has something to do with the "Rate Now" dialog that keeps coming up. Other than that, I wish it had a web interface, too, so that I could put my planned WOD in on my PC and have it sync with my phone.

For a free app, a really good deal.

I was previously writing down all of my wods in a notebook and really this isn't much different except that it's in my phone and slightly more convenient. This is not a super fancy app but I actually like that because this gives you less restrictions in what you can and cannot enter or document. Haven't been using it long enough to have repeated a wod yet but looking forward to figuring out how to track my progress in the app. It also allows you to enter your maxes for each movement which will come in handy as well. Overall for a free app, I think it's a great deal!

Everything I'm looking for in a workout app

Jarhad

This is a great app to keep track of workouts and PR's. I use it daily and have had no issues with it. It's great for tracking my progress and would/have referred people to this app. My only gripe with the app is that it only saves workouts on a monthly basis. I know this because I broke my phone and had to get it replaced. When I uploaded the app again, all my workouts and PR's were there accept for the month I was in when I broke my phone. It would also be nice if they would update workouts from the crossfit open so that you could lookup what the new ones were without googling them.

Best WOD Tracker for CrossFit

Alavoil

This is the best app on the store for tracking WODs, movement PRs and has a nice built in timer. My only gripe is that they've messed with data sync a few times and they've had some issues. I just want the app to work, and I don't want to worry about losing all my data. I do wish there was a "Share to Messages" option.

Great WOD Logger

JNKK2014

Easy to use, tracks WODs and movements/PRs, trimmers are easy to read from a distance.
