Does everything I want it to do. Comprehensive and useful. I love it! Best CF app I've used, though I'm no expert.
Waste of time

App has clearly been discontinued, with the last update a year ago and no response from support (check FB page for reviews)... Don't waste your time with this, only a matter of time until it breaks with an iOS update and the app and your data are gone for good. Save your time and use something else
Keeps Dropping All of my data

Literally tried to copy and paste two reviews by other reviewers that said exactly what was happening with me too... it loses my PR movements and my WODs, and when I delate the app and reinstall, it will recover my WODs but not my movement data. Attempts to contact support have yielded no response, so I guess I'm left to give this app two stars. It has so many great functions but is unreliable.
WODs won't load

Took a week. No contact and no update but they're there now! I loaded all my max reps and loved that part. Went to add in WOD times/rounds and none of the hero, girl, or benchmark WODs will load. Contacted customer service about it on Friday and still no response by Tuesday.
Lost 4 years of wods and maxes;(

I lost all my wods and maxes of 4 years!;((( the app it's self is very easy to use and I liked it but very disappointed I lost all my info;(((
