Very versatile - one of the best apps out there. If it had a built in timer - it would be complete.

Love this app and use it religiously. Only issue I have is that if you do a named WOD or WOD you've made more than certain number of times you can slide through all of them on the chart. It'll only show he first few and that's all.

Excellent app. I've used if the entire time I've been doing crossfit. I love the ability to track benchmark workout progress and strength gains. Well worth the money.

I would have rated 4-5 stars if you could search and select from a list of exercises when entering WOD instead of typing everything. I would like to see column for exercise name and then column for weight used instead of tying a bunch of text, I can do that in the free "notes" app with the iPhone.

Ive been using this for six months now. I compared it to two others and am very pleased with it. I use the search function all the time to go through old workouts and check notes to help prep me for an upcoming WOD. Lots of great little features like links to your box's feed, PR keeper, video links to different movements. All in all a super app.

I love this app. I like it better than writing things down, shaky handwriting after a WOD can be hard to read later =) Very easy to use. Definitely recommend it.
