Why can’t I watch videos for coins like others?

I don’t understand why my fiancé can watch videos for 1million coins, but my game never gives me that option. I only have the collect button that give me 400,000 coins every 2hrs

The payouts are absolutely terrible I mean you hardly win anything when you play these slots. Devs please address these horrible payouts. I have never seen such terrible payouts before. You go bankrupt right away.
Freeze up problem

I have had multiple winning streaks and the game froze up let it run was never able to recover my winnings. And since then I’ve had trouble getting a winning streak started again. I don’t know if anybody else has this problem but I was on a bigger winning streak twice and lost everything now I’ve lost over 200,000 since then and I played this game every day It would be nice to know why the game freezes up when you’re in bonus spins you have a good Internet good Wi-Fi brand new phone and I’ve had issues since
