Why do I have to tell the app every time it starts up that I don’t want to be tracked? Why can’t the app remember my answer, like it remembers so much else about me? This app is becoming increasingly annoying.

I’ve been on this game for a while and generally play the high roller slots. One of their events didn’t payout and I’ve been getting copy and pasted responses from their team for over a month talking about it’s a known issue that effects a small population. It’s clear what they mean is the event should have paid out the max 2b chips and they’d rather not.
All progress lost

So I opened the game today and all of my progress, including chips, gold, levels, etc is gone. Thankfully I did not spend any money on this, as it is obviously a scam. Please do not download, play, or spend ANY money on this game!!

I have had a problem with getting gifts from friends for the past 6 months. Every time I ask them about it, I get the same stupid responses. All I have been asking them is to fix it. They told me the problem has been resolved, but I still not able to get any gifts from friends. If i could give zero stars I would. DO NOT waste your money on this game!

After playing gong dynasty for over 3 hours straight playing over 2 million a spin and even spending $50 real money, I got ONE bonus!!!??? What a rip off!!! also the rewards to redeem are terrible!
