The app is enticing when you realize you can win real rewards but this app is very much out to get your money. I had over 100 billion chips. Yes you read that right. There was instances were I would be betting 100 mil and on a bonus, not a regular win, I would win up to 7 mil. That’s like me betting 10 dollars in real life and only winning 70 cents. The app is fun and the games make it addicting but winning isn’t happening. I figured the computer was aware of my success and was only a matter of time I’d be down to no chips. On top of that, they limited your loyalty points per day, and if you are stupid to pay (like me) you’ll get to a certain tier level which they take right back after a certain amount of days. I understand people have jobs to be paid, but don’t be fooled by this app, delete it and find a new hobby.

As long as you keep it free, this game is fine. Don’t spend any real money though! The button layout on their newer portrait games is cramped and their support staff informed me that they will not refund inadvertent max bet spins. As it’s extremely easy to hit max bet and spin because the two buttons are right next to each other, you may find yourself in my predicament whereby I spun at a 2.4B chip bet four times before realizing I was at max bet only because I won 2B chips on the fourth bet. Either constantly check your bet level or use the auto spin feature. Either way this makes the game not very fun if you’re someone who likes to move your bet level around.

If you are rich and don’t mind spending lots of money to play, this is a great game If you can’t afford to spend LOT’S of real money to play, don’t waste your time At least in a real casino when you spend/risk real money you have a slim chance of actually winning real money In this game you want to play and enjoy but if you don’t spend real money you don’t get to play that long… If you DO spend real money you often STILL don’t get to play that long because they make it hard to win like in a real casino The difference is this is not a real casino so spending lot’s of real money to play the game for 10 min then lose all the chips you purchased is a HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY Very greedy app

If you play this game on a regular basis you know that winning is not expected! My guess is if you buy tokens your odds of winning will be better. It will be a cold day when I spend any money on a game! I will keep collecting my daily bonus until I have enough to play. Then I can watch them take it all back one spin at a time! Not sure I know how this game has such high ratings!

I used to have access to the video ad option to recoup chips I'd lost during games but one day it disappeared. I'm extremely frustrated and it's gotten to the point where I can't even play the game because I'm losing more than I'm winning.

Seriously the only way to get good rewards is by spending hundreds on the game. This has been confirmed by many. Many rewards are only available for people that actually spend money on the game. And don't even get me started on how many ads to buy tokens you have to get out of every time you open the app.

Most of the “comps” require a purchase so they are not actually comps. These are not actually rewards. Almost all the “comps” can be found in coupon books in Vegas. If you want to play for the fun of it…. OK. But don’t think you are actually getting anything.
