App won’t open!

The app closed on me suddenly last night......and, now it won’t open! I have rebooted my iPad on which I play My Vegas nightly. What’s up? I am totally frustrated! !!!UPDATE!!! The Developer did correct my problem and everything is working as it should! Bravo!
Corrupt update

Your latest update completely corrupted my app! The opening screen ( orange ) flashes on then shuts down, will NOT LOAD and run! It's now Oct 15 and still NO HELP! They want us to make adjustments to the app even though it doesn't load far enough to access any of the settings. Why don't THEY fix their app? Oct 17 , On Oct I updated the 3.6.4 , The orange opening screen was visible for a few seconds then gone! When I looked at presently open apps I saw the second screen which had version 3.5.2.61780 on the lower center of the page, I clicked on it which brought it up to run then disappeared like before. The update didn't fix the problem, in fact it didn't even change the older version as noted above. Ron PS I didn't try the suggested web address because that didn't get any results when I tried it in the beginning! The only thing that seems to get any bodies attention is here where everyone one with the same problem can see how pathetic your support has been....

I loved playing the old strip and took me a long time to get where i was at in the game. I played the new strip a few times trying to see if I’d like it... but the gold coins only give you a limit amount of coins you can win that day and then you have to way a day to win more gold coins... so unfair.

While the games are fun, the daily bonus always stays the same. The daily bonus should multiply for every extra day that you play in a row without missing days. That way people will want to continue coming back each day

I spent $18 on chips to attempt to achieve a special they had where if you get 20 bonuses and buy coins you will get 250mil chips. I purchased the chips and achieved the bonuses they asked for.. fast forward to no chips. I reached out for help, they told me the chips were already awarded, I said I had not received them and then they just ignored me after that. This is a scam and you should stay away from them. I want my money or chips back!!
