I love the app because it keeps me up to date with all my appointments and the results of all my test.
It works most of the time for most things
A Long 1515
I don’t like that I can’t sort my test results by date or have the same functionality as the website. I can’t show the results on the graphs or compare previous results. Sometimes past appointments are not able to be viewed by some error or programming fault. They video visits usually work. It has a lot of room for improvement. The website is better for most things. It’s faster than the website, I think, but the functionality (especially the viewing of test results and appointments) needs to improve significantly for me to give 5 stars. I think UPMC knows all these problems, but I’m just putting them here in case they don’t…

My grandparents use this app to manage their appointments and medications so I thought I’d give it a try. Anytime I try to log in it wants me to call the customer service line. If I try to make a new account it tells me I have no medical record despite seeing my doctor since I was a newborn. I might as well just use the normal website since that lets me log in. App is a big waste.

I have spent the last 45 minutes trying to message my doctor. This system keeps dumping me off with no sent or retained message, requiring me to redo the message over and over. Frustrating!
Pay your bills

I like the ap because it shows my appointment but when I use the pay my bills portion the ap doesn’t tell me which bill I am paying, just the amount that I owe.
