App needs work, website better

Webpage interface has more options. App is a little bare bones. Particularly the messaging portion.
Better on iPhone than iPad

I really like this App and use it a lot. But it does not work as well on my iPad. I have an iPad Pro that I use with the smart cover & keyboard. That requires that the iPad be in Landscape mode. However, the MyUPMC App stays in portrait mode and will not switch to landscape when I rotate the screen. That makes it difficult for me to type (messages, appointment requests, entering health tracking information, filling out pre-visit questionaires, etc) while using the app on my iPad. There has to be some way to fix that. If you are able to fix that, the App would be near perfect! Thank you.
No access for non-UPMC providers

I can’t see my vitals and/or blood test results because my provider is not UPMC provider. She merely just takes the insurance.
Does not integrate with Apple Health

This app still has yet to integrate with Apple Health kit which would be a great added benefit.

Tried to pay bill using the UPMC app and also through quick scan and both said invalid card number. I double checked my number and it was correct. Payment system needs some work.

This app is AMAZING!! Makes my hectic life so easy with requesting appointments, sending messages to my doctor, getting quick responses, and showing all of the necessary info I need! LOVE this app!

This app is great! Only issue I see with it is there are a lot of doctors that attach a questionnaire but he app doesn’t let you answer it nor does it give you a link to answer it in a browser

I love this app I’m able to access all my medicine and test. I can also check my appointments with my UPMC doctors!

The app does not have all the same functions as visiting the website but it is a nice and easy way to contact the pcp
