Messaging/Prescription Renewal

I thought that I really liked this app at first because it’s convenient, but it turns out it’s not convenient because the workers don’t make it that way. I tried to renew my prescription (which is important) on November 4th. I hadn’t heard anything back so I waited a little. About a week went by and I still hadn’t heard anything. So I sent a message to my doctor, which can be read by any of the staff, and still no response. It is now November 19th and I still don’t have my prescription renewed. I even sent them a message stating that this is important and if something isn’t done today then I’m going to switch providers. And still nothing. So today I am going to have to go the ER to get the medication that I need. This is disgusting.

This app helps you keep organized. Everything’s in one place. Meds, appointments, test results etc. Now that I am older and seeing medical professionals more often I would be lost without it. If you use UPMC, this app is great !!

Logout needs to be easier to access. The FaceID prompt on login is annoying. It comes up every time I log in. I don’t want to use Face ID so I wish there was a way to turn off the prompt for good. I don’t want to set it on, but even when you do, it doesn’t keep the setting anyways. My doctors notes are not showing up for my appointments I had.

So far everything has been good. I had to call to find a chiropractor and UPMC was very helpful. I like having an app to go to.

When reviewing bloodwork there used to be graphs, charts and normal range levels. I am not seeing that today. Bring them back!

Kate always gives me good care & like today when I have injections in my knees she alway gets it in the right spot!! I can’t Thank her enough for such excellent care that I receive from her every time I see her!!! Thank You KATE CAWLEY SO MUCH!!!
Cant leave to copy something ?

Typing a message to doctor I go to copy something so I spell it right, or add an attachment, and the app erases my entire message and signs me out ? Not helpful Needs fixed
