Terrible

Quite possibly one of the most glitchy messaging apps I have used. Messages disappear, messages are marked unread even after I read them, the app crashes frequently and the user interface is not great.

When it works it great. I work Oncall as a nurse and we use this to triage incoming calls. The problem is it always crashes and won’t load and says my internet is down, which it’s not because I’m clearly using goggle and such. So I end up having to delete the app, reload it. It’s just a pain.

I like the fact that this app hides my cell phone number when I return a call and the app is pretty easy to understand. I’m not a techy-type person and I don’t have any problem using it, the buttons are pretty obvious. The only thing that has come up is when I was once in a really bad cell service area, it didn’t notify me but that was ok because TeleMed knew that (I think because I hadn’t opened my message) and they called me with my message right away.

This app does what I wanted it to do . It works when I use it and the app is updated to keep it working . A lot better than my iPhone updates

This app works great for our office team. Let’s them easily get questions answered and the ease of the functionality allows even our most technologically inept employee to effortlessly use.

Worst service line ever

Nurse Triage

Do not use this company. There are many others out there that are much better. If you are an employee, there is no line for you to be able to reach a supervisor if there’s a problem with the app. I work day and night triage from Friday evening until Monday morning. I’m on call the entire time. As such, I have requested that they send a message and call me in case I am sleeping. They also promised an escalation system in case the call goes unanswered for a certain period of time. This weekend, there were never any calls from telemed, only messages. In addition-nothing was ever escalated. On Friday night I received a call in the middle of the night, they only sent one message, never called me, never escalated the message and the patient was not able to receive a call back until I found the message four hours later. I called telemed to make sure that the settings were correct, they promised me three times the supervisor would call me back. I sat on hold and waited for long periods of time each time I called to make the request. The last time I finally got a hold of a supervisor, she said she would submit a ticket to the research team. I said well when is this going to be fixed because it’s Saturday night and I do not want to miss any calls, and she said the research team won’t fix it until Monday. So I asked her if there was anything to make sure that telemed would call at night and she said it would be fixed Monday. Well on a Saturday night that doesn’t do much for patients calling in. Nothing was resolved.

This app is trash. It kicks you out constantly. It makes my job x1000 harder. I hope we change answering services soon and that’s 100% bc of this app.
