Love the app, painstakingly switched all accounts to my sudo mail, got friends to start messaging me on it, even bought the cheap subscription plan for a year of service. After update last week i am not getting any messages or emails, only the notifications. And ever since i subscribed, it still has not let me create virtual cards. I enter valid info and it just gives an error message like "unable to verify identity" but theres no reason that should be the case, im in the US and thats the only requirement that im aware of. So i emailed them today, will update back after their response if i remember. Besides these issues, i love the app. Which is why im so upset about the problem im dealing with. When i look into messaging apps, i also look at the company who makes it, the parent companies of THAT company, those companies investors etc etc. And on most of these apps, the trail will end up at google/alphabet or amazon; but not this one. I trust the company after my research, and if you want a secure messaging app, this is about as close to one as you will probably get. Try it, dont let my issue talk you out of it, its probably a setting on my phone or something.

Some features don’t work. Wasn’t able to receive text messages from apple verification. Web version QR code also doesn’t work, receiving a web socket error. Tried on Mac and windows, as well as Safari, Edge, Chrome

Question regarding Community Platform used by MySudo

Happy with this app so far, but have a major concern regarding this platform, due to previous security issues on previous accounts that have confirmed suspicious activities from a prior social media account. Do you have any association with the Zendesk platform??? It’s displaying an additional Support ID in my settings connected to MySudo and need to know if this platform is associated with your company. Thank you.
