Like it and don’t like it

I just download it on my IOS device and it’s nice, but I wanted my 4 boys to download it to their Android devices and it’s not an option on the Playstore. Can you help me?

Control your digital identity

Chaos Hawk

The concept of separating your real identity from digital ones (sudos) might be new to many people, but this is one of the best ways to protect yourself online. MySudo does a great job helping you to easily keep track of different profiles for yourself, with phone, email and virtual cards all in one place. If you don’t want to give up your real info to a new service (and let’s be honest, you shouldn’t) having MySudo provide it for you is super convenient. Although the messaging is fine too, I’d recommend Signal for that. If you want even better control over email try SimpleLogin to become basically un-spammable. (Both are free) The only catch to MySudo is that it costs to use it to its full potential, but of course it costs and it’s great that there’s no ads or shady data business going on in the background.

Customer service

David and Randie Megan

I was in a unique predicament with my account and the MySudo team was amazing. They worked so hard to create a solution and were extremely helpful. I was super impressed with them and they definitely secured my long-term use of this great app. The app is great, functions well, but it’s the team that makes me stay.

Good VoIP/SMS Service—Could be Better

Buckeye Mac

The service is good, call quality OK. The biggest issue is that they don’t implement all of the calling features of a normal VoIP solution, and some of the features they have don’t seem that important or useful. For example, being able to disable Voicemail or only allowing white listed numbers would be very useful. Limiting some profiles to whitelisted numbers/ranges would also help prevent call abuse. Other features I don’t really need or want, which is fine, but it makes the missing calling features that much more glaring. I also wish that I could sign up independent of my App Store subscription model. It positions itself as a privacy product, but then doesn’t accommodate those who wish to privately establish service (or evaluate the product in a way disconnected from the App Store profile.) [It’s even worse for Android, not working in hardened distributions by being dependent on Play services.] Some of the features, like private payments, are expensive, per transaction, and make the App Store tight integration more troublesome.

Since this latest update the app does not follow the notification settings I’ve set for each Sudo. Please fix

Mmmm no reviews for a year, yet 4.7 stars??

AnyNameWillDo....

Soooooo disappointed. Do NOT pay for this app. Not a happy camper. In a situation being stalked by ex spouse who hacks into every. device. known. to mankind. Listened to OSINT for six months, bought the book. Followed directions to a T. Phone got hacked (SIM SWAP) and now I have Zero access to my Sudo accounts. The interface is sorely lacking — both instructions AND UX. MySudo as the seller has a responsibility to instruct users exactly how to set up the app to be CLEAR HOW THIS WORKS ESPECIALLY AFTER USERS PAY $50 for this app. Yes, guys “User Error” is a thing — especially when one is being stalked. So live with it. At LEAST post a PHONE NUMBER WHERE YOU CAN BE REACHED SO I CAN GET MY $ back. Will be filing a claim through Apple. Here are just SOME OF THE ISSUES. No instructions. Try to make calls through the app— get dead air. No calls in or out with my test drive. Messages that do make it “in” cannot be deleted. Other messages cannot be played over VM. More: 1) no interface for video share (fine, just TELL US) because those get shared via CARRIER SIM. 2) One cannot share photos via phone number (fine, just TELL US) because that will go through the CARRIER SIM, thereby showing the CARRIER number which I want to avoid. 3) One MUST BACK UP MYSUDO TO ICLOUD (which defeats purpose of privacy IMHO) No instructions point this out. At. All. Most privacy peeps do NOT BACK UP THEIR PHONES TO ICLOUD. 4) If one does not back up MYSUDO TO ICLOUD and resets ones phone (because, say, because ones SIM CARD has been SWAPPED — because, say, MySudo SHARED said carrier phone number when , for example, one shared one’s photo/ vids with one’s privacy- sloppy teens - Then one will lose ALL ACCESS TO information previously stored on MYSUDO app— EMAILS AND PHONE NUMBERS PREVIOUSLY CLAIMED...and paid for. So I cannot get my VoIP number back that I listed on my “business cards.” 5) If MySudo has other suggestions for backing up our info, that was NOT EXPLAINED. And I get it, MySudo does not want that responsibility - zero knowledge blah blah blah- but REALLY BAD FOR MARKETING.
