Agree with other reviews. Have run into problem where I cannot download the daily game. Contacted support many times with no response. Attempted to to visit their website but it is in Chinese. No help at all.

This is a copy of one of the oldest and best iOS word games: 7 Little Words. Which is disgusting. And it is even worse that the App Store is promoting this. In comparison to 7 Little Words, this one is also visually ugly and amateurish looking. Do yourself a favor, and protect the integrity of game developers - get the original.

Used to love playing daily. Updated phone and now I cant get daily puzzle. Have written...no help. Googled for help and it thinks every request for help is a puzzle clue in need of a “mystic answer”. Where is the support? Very disappointing. Sheri

I have not been able to access the Free Daily Puzzles. I hit the button, it circles and stops. I reported it online through the app about a month ago. No response and nothing changed. Like the app but frustrated it isn’t working and customer support non existent.

The Free Daily Puzzle stopped working almost two months ago. Despite repeated emails asking for help, and getting NO reply, it still isn’t working. I enjoy the game but I don’t like that one part of the game I paid for isn’t working.

In short, it doesn’t deliver as described or promised. This game used to be great, but its daily puzzles have not worked since December 2017, and my emails to the developers have fallen on deaf ears without response.

We really like this game. But about two months ago the daily puzzle stopped working. I reinstalled hoping that would fix the problem but it didn’t. Pleeeease help. We still play but it’s a lot harder.
