No response to issue reported – Mystic Words – Figure out 7 words with clues! Review

I have not been able to access the Free Daily Puzzles. I hit the button, it circles and stops. I reported it online through the app about a month ago. No response and nothing changed. Like the app but frustrated it isn’t working and customer support non existent.
