Used to love, love, love this game... until late December 2017 but then daily game broke. There are ( were) 2 parts to this game- the accumulative games that you advance through levels and the equally important " daily" game that changed everyday. Since December it hasn't worked even after several attempts, even sending emails. Alas, I will be deleting this game soon. Shame really, it WAS a great game!!

I finished the levels and have only been able to do the daily puzzles for a few months. Now the daily puzzles don’t load. I literally can’t play this game anymore. Fun while it lasted I guess.

Love the game. Not happy at the moment as I have not been able to play the daily bonus game for an extra 20 coins! This has been going on for 2 weeks! There is no way to get any help for this problem. I’m not going to reset and have to start all over again, did that on my iPad and lost all the levels I had completed! I deleted it from my iPad but still playing on my phone, not much longer though if this can’t be fixed!

About two months ago, the game quit uploading a daily puzzle. After several requests through the help and emails, still have no answer as to why. Deleted app and re installed, losing all my points and levels, still waiting for answers as to what happened. Save your time on this puzzle.

I haven’t never been able to play the daily puzzles (already updated the latest version of the game). This is my only problem with this game, other than that everything is amazing!

This app was my favorite maybe ever but it stopped working correctly. I can’t get the daily puzzles to load anymore. Needs to be fixed.
Daily puzzle isn’t working?

The free daily puzzle doesn’t work anymore. What happened? I love the format of this game, and play the free one most days. BUT, some of the clues are just off, and the tenses are way off. If you're used to doing crossword puzzles, this will drive you nuts. Get someone to edit and proofread these clues for grammatical, definition and tense errors, and you'll have an awesome game.

I enjoy this game a lot but the daily puzzles haven’t been working for me ever since I downloaded the game around a month back
