Do not waste your money

This is a very pretty but stupid game. You get shown some abstract imagery and then have to decide which item/room/person it corresponds to. If you enjoy (pretend to enjoy) contemporary art, or just like to waste money on rubbish - this will be your jam This is cluedo with no skills. I can’t even get a refund.

Story mode stinks

Spiltard

This is only for story mode, haven’t played much online. The story mode is just a random guessing game. Some visions are used for different people or places or things. So one round you get it right but then in the next game you choose the same thing and it’s wrong. Could be a fun game in person but doesn’t work with AI and online doesn’t seem any more fun.

Where are the people?

Let me start off by saying that I love this game. I own the tabletop version and then later the app. Great game lots of fun. The only negative I can complain about is there are never enough players at one given time. You have to sit in the lobby and wait forever to get a good game to start. I have never seen more than 13 people in the lobby. This game needs to be promoted/advertised appropriately. It’s a wonderful game just needs more people.

No one plays this game

Ron Stefanski

You can’t play the game. It requires three players to start and no one is ever playing.

Poor design

Kiwanee

This game is frustrating. There is NO LOGIC to the cards. It’s all random guessing. How can anyone win on skill when it’s just a random anyways. I am contacting Apple to get my money back. This game is useless.

Exactly what I hoped it would be

Trevki

Quick and straightforward electronic version of the board game.

Great game!

If you've ever played the board game, this is a no brainier! A very accurate rendering of the actual game. It allows you to play in several different modes, either by yourself, with others, or online; and as a psychic or the ghost. Well worth the cost as a companion to the board game version or stand alone. Thoroughly enjoy playing it!

Online play is broken

Djtwel

The online portion of the game is broken and has been for some time. It has been reported in-game by a lot of players who are trying to play, but it still hasn’t been resolved. Once you get through story mode, the app basically becomes useless.

Concept is good; game is not

This ensures I won’t buy or play the board game. Conceptually beautiful but logically poor. No thanks. I’m deleting it to save room in my storage.

Only my first game...I played with the max AI, so maybe that changes the game mechanics. I was under the impression I had more than 30 seconds to pick based on the story mode. But the AI’s were all getting their cards and I was last even though I was top of the list and I think the two minutes started when the first AI got their card which is not what the rules say. It could be I do not know how the game goes, but I have been sitting here for five minutes and the ghost still has not done anything and I cannot do anything so...I think this game needs improvement. Maybe the ghost found rest or had second thoughts and doesnt want the culprit found. UPDATE: Played a few more times on Pass and Play. Definite bugs. On the iPhone I could not deselect AIs. That problem went away. I played also on the iPad which had a similar problem: I cannot change the ghost back to AI. The selection changes before I start the game, but it still thinks a player is the ghost. Also, toggle is inconsistent; sometimes I need to cancel and go back to lobby to correct the pass and play conditions. This game is not super fun, because it is frustrating, so even without bugs, I would only give it a 4/5 max.
