Crashes constantly - not intuitive - poor design - Subway Time and MTA Bus Time much better - download those and you will be happier

About as unreliable as MTA service itself. You are better off using the MTA website.

And poorly executed. Buggy. Crashes. Hard to use and worse than apps it replaced.

First time using it, the app sent me to the wrong platform in grand central. The second time it left the first train to my stop in the suburbs. The train was also faster than the apps fastest train. Good potential but lacking accurate information defeats the purpose.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP. I’d give this app ZERO STARS if I could. This app tries to be all things to all people, and of course, IT FAILS MISERABLY. The user interface is a jumbled, confusing mess of pure frustration. And what’s worse, it’s clear that the designers and developers of this app don’t actually use it for commuting in NYC. EVER. If they did, they’d immediately understand how USELESS it actually is. It’s utter and extreme uselessness incites an intense commuter rage that will have you wanting to hurl your iPhone against the nearest wall. It literally does nothing well. NOTHING. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP. Really.

Leave it to the MTA to put out an app that doesn’t work. How many millions of dollars went into building this thing?

This app is nearly unusable due to how frequently it crashes, though the MTA’s money is probably better spent fixing the subway first. I would rather have a subway that operates efficiently than an app that tells me my train is delayed, again.

Generally speaking, someone using this app is going somewhere, likely without a lot of time to spare, and thus needs an app that is reliable and quick. This app is neither. The opening animation takes entirely too long. A person could miss the next train just waiting for the animation to finish. Just skip to the home screen already. Not that this would help much, because the app crashes constantly. Every single time I use it, or rather try to use it, it crashes. This renders the app utterly useless. That said, I’m not sure why I expected something more from the MTA.
