I ride Metro North and the Subway every work day. This app takes forever and doesn’t provide updated info. Faster to either pick up a printed train schedule at the station or just ask the person next to you, “What time does this train get to ....”
Waste of time

Wait times for trains are completely inaccurate & it has made me late to work multiple times. Typical example: It says train is 4 min away so I run to the station but when I get there the train is actually 13 minutes away.

Sometimes when I'm in the train station; the app wont load or it update any delays unless I restart the app. Sometimes the bus suddenly disappear in certain areas then reappear after, which causes me to miss the bus due to incorrect information of when the next bus will arrive. However it is helpful when i need to check about what time the bus or train will arrive.
0 stars was not an option.

Horrible app. You will get stranded waiting for trains on option a,b, or c that bypass your station. This app does not update on train delays or reroutes.
Crashes constantly

Good concept but it is useless as it crashes constantly. I just updated the App but no improvement. I tried to give feedback as requested in the app but guess what... yeah, that’s right... it crashed.

On Version 0.9.x the entire time. Have they given up making improvements? So much info missing from the MTA site.

MYMTA says “good service” for the R, google maps correctly indicates “significant delays”. It is YOUR system... what is wrong w you?!?!
GCT tracks not right

The track numbers this app gives out for Metro North trains departing from Grand Central are never correct. I hope people haven’t boarded the wrong train like I did the first time I believed this app.
Does NOT work

This app, in the beginning when I downloaded it was the best thing ever. Now it does NOT tell you when the bus is supposed to arrive. So it’s all guesswork if you are waiting for a bus.
