Why does the old Train Time app give the correct schedule while this app does not? I could get better information for a dead roach than this app. 100% junk.

Won’t accept the address I’m going to in Manhattan...and doesn’t give any clue as to how to get address in. If this was originated by the MTA, all I can say is “it figures!!!”

This app is trashh. Very inaccurate. It would have you thinking you’re going to be on time just for it to ruin your whole day like TFFFFF!!!!!

Opening animation is way too long. Why have it at all? I usually want to know something quickly and it only slows me down. Also, Favorites stopped displaying my subway lines for some reason. Searching for a bus is much too complicated and cumbersome. Useful app in theory but poorly executed.

Using this app to gauge how close the bus is to the stop is nowhere near as smooth as it was when riders were able to simply reading the QR code. Too many steps. Not as accurate.

Train times are wildly inaccurate & unreliable. App freezes & crashes often. I’m not sure what the point is if it can’t tell you when the train’s going to arrive. Use google maps, works much better.

The mta is unorganized trains people get late to work because of the mta I feel very angry these delays and when you have to move from one train to get on the shuttle bus why can’t you all be considerate.Who ever is in charge should be fired.
