Latest update has caused a glitch. Silent hill promo keeps popping up after every spin on any game. Cannot play at all without this interruption . Closed the app but problem will not resolve. Very frustrating. Will not play until glitch has been resolved.

I spent so much money just to see if you would win more and I swear the more money you put the more you lose. It’s almost like the game knows you’re going to buy more chips so they just keep making you lose. Overall don’t waste your time or money invest in something that makes sense

Latest update glitch

They game was working fine until the latest update. When the loading event screen shows up with the Silent Hill stuff after opening the app for the first time the screen goes dark and the game is completely not accessible. It’s just stuck in a dim screen. Please fix!

Horrible BUGGY Update

Latest update renders the game unable to be played. Game opens, says “Loading Event” and then freezes. Tried contacting their customer support and they aren’t even reading their emails. Would skip this game, or at least don’t spend $$$ on chips until it is stable.

Double charged a lot.

On Jan 22 I purchased the $39.99 and $49.99 bundle and my card was charged double for both amounts. I thought this happed about a month ago but was not sure, so I watched more carefully. This happed last night and there is no way to contact them, I will be in touch with my attorney on Monday. I will not accept being taken advantage of!!! I have never seen so many awful reviews in my life!! How can these ppl sleep at night?

Go to a real casino and play. It has the same games but the real casino has better odds. I save for about a month to get enough money to play. Had over 10 mill in coins betting $100,000 and not one bonus. And by far the most pop ups asking you to buy. It's ridiculous maybe they might wanna put a couple of those pop-ups yes rewards rather than begging for money. Don't buy end of the fake reviews there's a lot of games that give you real life rewards.
