I got charged 19.99 and have not received coins.

You did not inform us of increase needed for VIP status. Not good customer relations! I just happened to notice that Emerald VIP is now 2900 as opposed to 2500! You should return to original requirements or increase number of days needed.

I’m really enjoying the games, the tournaments and special events. My only feedback, when I get the free games bonus in the different games, there is no cumulative total at the end showing what you won. I would love to see that added, the total won after all your free spins. We see it on the special bonus games, just not on free spins.
