Cost to much to play

I buy or have 600,000,000 above in points and the bonus doesn’t hit, free 15 spins doesn’t come up and only get 1 to 5 hits and go down to zero points. I ve had 5 billion points and in less than a hour I have nothing left Love the game I play but not enough winning points I know Konami wants to make money,but let me win some points to play just a little longer maybe a hour longer. I really enjoy playing the slots here, BUT, getting 22 tickets for leveling up is ridiculous and annoying! Seriously, why don’t you reward your players with increasing credit amounts like every other casinos do? And trying to get a decent bonus on games like China Shores, Lion Festival, China Mystery has become practically impossible! I’ve used millions of coins and not received one decent amount of free games. Very disappointing and frustrating! Please reconsider your players and give credits for leveling up and more frequent bonus collections!!! Have you even read all your negative (and rightly so!!!) reviews and noticed what they all have in common? Come on! Do something about it!!!

I hate that it’s takes 400 spins to get a bonus (been bored I counted) then you win 2 times your bet. It is just like their casino games!
Can’t collect gifts or messages

I bought a pack of coins and never received them. 780,000,000 for 19.99 never credited to my game, but money taken out of my account. Cannot find anyone to contact, customer service is not anywhere to be found. Scam do not purchase anything.

I’ve have written twice about my vip status chips and it keeps telling me it has already been used , but I haven’t. This has happened several times. This was my favorite game until now.....

This game is something. It let you win a little and then nothing. With people having to stay home due to COVID you should allow more bonuses and more wins. Awful!!!!
