App won’t work anymore

Renee Nunez

I loved this app but about three weeks ago it just stopped working, I emailed their customer service and sent a help request via the app. I have yet to hear back and my app is still broken. I can no longer add any notes or click on any of their features. I’ve updated my phone, deleted and redos loaded the app and nothing. I’m Extremely dissatisfied!

Great concept but many glitches

Cbmartins

I love the app and all that it offers. It’s amazing to be able to keep track of my cycle and have learned about the different phases. It’s become my only period tracker. The only downside is that it’s constantly glitching and I have to redownload all the time (at least once a month) in order for it to be able to work again, even having it on auto updates. It’s freezes and doesn’t allow me to add in the symptoms, or it predicts my period randomly every 2 weeks… once I redownload, it goes back to normal. It’s weird that it won’t update on its own and it requires me to delete it all together

Frustrating to use

Rybaldi

I was excited to start using this app when I heard an interview discussing it. It was a bit frustrating to pay for the app and then find out I had to pay more money for more information. I was still able to learn some basic and helpful info without paying more money though. My biggest frustration is that I paid for the app and it is incredibly slow/doesn’t have good functionality. I’d expect something I paid for to work better than free apps. It takes a while to open. But once open, it is difficult to add symptoms since there is a lag time between clicking on a day and when the “enter symptoms” box opens. There is also a lag time when I go to “save.” So I click again and end up opening something else inadvertently, which I have to patiently wait to close. I end up not really using the app much because it is so frustrating to navigate.

Can’t even use it

cdingler07

I was only able to actually enter information and symptoms for the first two months having this app. Since then, I cannot click on a day to add information at all and I do have the most recent update. On other reviews the developer said they’ve been working on this issue (dated 1yr ago) but it is very much still an issue. There are other options where you get more for free, unfortunately.

Janky but well intentioned app!

Nattoh80

Love the concept and help but have to repeatedly at least once a month delete and reinstall bc of janky ness. Mostly, the app just freezes when you click a date and won’t let you add any data. I hope the developers continue to support it. The concerning part is that you pay for it and that issue has been ongoing since I got the app over a year ago. You’d think if someone were on it, there would have been at least a few bug fixes by now. I love the suggestions and the symptoms and break down of the phases. I hate the calendar view and wish they made a circle/wheel view too, that feels more like a cycle to me and helps me visualize the phase better too. I’d settle for just fixing the bugs so I don’t have to delete and reinstall about every 5th time I open the app. Major nuisance.

Not letting me tack

danachi84

I was so excited about this app but after a month I was no longer able to add symptoms. It also is not as smart as other tracking apps such Ovia which I have used for years. I added that I got my period a week late but it did not adjust my future ovulation or periods. I love the concept abs information but the app is just not built great! Hopefully it gets fixed!

Like it!!!

monisgb

The only thing missing in my opinion is a couldn’t sync with the app all my period history. I would like to add it. Hopping you make an app update to add it with the health sync. And also theres only option for cramps but not for ovulation. There are some woman's that can feel it. And the feeling is different that the cramps.

Poor Coding

milliwonka

Great concept and lots of valuable information. Unfortunately, the app doesn’t work, which is unacceptable for a paid app. It worked for a few cycles then suddenly it recalculated my cycles as being 5 days long instead of 28 like my norm? It’s annoying because now all the data is irrelevant and the app is useless. Contacted customer support and they said “everything is working perfect on our end”. So yeah not much help.

Not PMDD friendly

USAGI9000

This app fails to acknowledge anything regarding PMDD. I’m severely sensitive to progesterone and suffer from idiopathic hypersomnia that mainly flairs up during the luteal phase of my cycle. I follow a strict diet of a hybrid paleo/low FODMAP and noticed some of food recommendations on here exasperate my luteal phase discomfort. Seems like this is more a way to profit off of desperate women looking to find relief or it’s naivety…There’s more to regulating hormones than just stress management and diet. Everyone has a different genetic profile and it’s not one size fits all.

So disappointed

Anyadawson

I was so excited to try this app after it was recommended by a friend. It over promises and under delivers. Once you get the gist of the philosophy, there’s nothing new. I was excited about the feature that it would message my spouse. It doesn’t work. I’ve messaged the support email about it now twice and got back the same form message that they’re working on it (they’ve apparently been working on it for over 6 months based on the timing of my two reach outs). I can’t believe I paid for this app.
