Fix the daily symptom reporting feature!

colenerae529

I continually have an issue with adding my daily symptoms. I can click on the date however many times I want and it will not allow me to track that day’s symptoms. The only fix I have found is to delete the app and download it again. At that point you may as well find a different app to use. Fix this issue, please!

Needs updating?!

I LOVED this app when it was working but they need to fix their app. It’s no longer working properly and hasn’t been updated in 2yrs?! Did they give up on this app? That would be incredibly unfortunate. It was awesome.

Needs an update!!

I love this app so much. I’ve only had it for about 2 months, & up until now it has worked flawlessly, but on 12/1/2021, I haven’t been able to input any new symptoms or info for the day. I like using this tool to look back on symptoms & develop a self-health record to realize where I’m at/why I’m feeling the way I feel at certain points during my cycle. It just highlights the date when I click on the day, & nothing happens. I’m up to date on the latest update (although it’s been 2 years since there’s been any revision to the app), and have tried closing out & reopening. I check back every couple days to see if the issue has resolved itself, but nothing yet. I don’t want to delete the app since I’m scared I’ll lose the data I’ve already collected, so I’m at a loss. This is the best tracker I’ve found so far, & I just really really want it to work correctly!!! Please fix this :(

Amount of Times

I have had this app for over a year and the amount of times I’ve had to remove and reinstall is close to once a month. I also tried the partner sync for my husband, and when we reached out to customer service, we received no help. It’s an awesome app, with loads of info but it keeps “crashing”, very frustrating!

Needs update

Loved app at first (I’ve had it about a month) and it stopped letting me input data.

Not worth the money

Regular sub

This app crashes like every other week. You have to delete and reinstall it all the time. It’s really annoying. Great idea but horrible execution. I hope it gets fixed… it’s been a couple months and they don’t seem to do anything about the problem.

It doesn’t let me edit past days.

@jennaenergy

The app stopped worked two weeks ago. I don’t know what’s going on. I’ve closed it, deleted it and re-downloaded it multiple times - and it keeps happening: the app doesn’t let me click past days to add data if I’ve forgotten. It only lets me add to the exact day. This is insane… I have so much data in here and now I’m going to have to transfer it or begin on a new app. I love the Flo system/cycle syncing methodology, but it’s a shame that this hasn’t been fixed or updated in 2 yrs.

Worked great at first

The app worked great at first, but I am no longer able to input symptoms, etc. I’ve checked for updates, restated my phone, and nothing seems to work!

Great at first

Like others are saying… the app stops working eventually. I was only able to input my symptoms and track my activity for about two weeks and then it stopped working. It was awesome when it did work though. Wish this was fixed.

Not Impressed

I had listened to a podcast in which Alisa had talked about this app and how it included ideas for how to eat and exercise during each phase of your cycle. I downloaded the app thinking that it would take a lot of the guess work out of the tumultuous relationship that I have with my cycle. I was so disappointed that the “food” suggestions are limited to three or four items, rather than the robust list that I was hoping for to help me create more meal plans from. The exercise suggestions are okay- I’ll give the app the benefit of the doubt and try to implement some of the suggested intensity (or lack thereof) levels advised for each phase of my cycle to see how it affects me. I suppose the app could be useful for those who make the in-app purchases, but truth be told, considering there wasn’t anything advertised upon downloading the app that said “in-app purchases,” I was jaded into thinking I was getting a really great deal for the $1.99 that I paid. That just wasn’t the case. If you want the most out of this app, just know that you’ll be dropping another $1k+ in addition to the cost of the app. Overall, just really unimpressed. I’ve gotten better value out of the free Clue app that I use for cycle tracking and will continue using that over this.
