App does not work

Ever since Onstar stopped working the myCadillac app will not stay open to use any of the functions. How does one get it to stay open and function with an iPhone?

After downloading this app it worked for couple days then when I try to open the app it loads then exits before I can do anything. Anyone having that issue?

Finally the MyCadillac app is fully and totally doing what the remote link app use to do and more, thank you guys very much for the update and this app I use it everyday all the time it is a great help for me and all those I have told to download it
My Cadillac Not Working!

My Cadillac app worked great with OnStar but not after it went to Cadillac. (Love the car, not the app), I log on, am on the screen for a second or two, & then it shuts down. I have the required IOS update. Help!
Incomplete App Functionality

The critical app features are missing from the app. I am using the iPhone app. No key fob!!! No navigation!!!!

Tried it tonight, cooling the car down before leaving restaurant. 100 degrees outside in Houston and we have a black Escalade.
Love my Cadillac and the app

I’m driving my third Cadillac SUV and I appreciate so many things about Cadillac but today convinced me I will be getting another when my lease is up in a month. I left my started car in my driveway while I ran some things into the house and mistakenly left my key fob in and left it in my house. I then drove off and got to my destination 45 minutes away and realized I didn’t have my key. I was able to start my car from the Cadillac app...Hallelujah!! Cadillac is the best!

The app is slow and poorly designed. The connectivity is intermittent. The customer service is non-existent. The more you call, the more problems they create. It’s a great idea but a horrible product.
