All of this is great except that the App won't open. I have apprised General Motors of The Problem and was quickly notified that they would help solve the problem. My thanks to GM for their quick response to help. I am looking forward to using the app to track all of my Cadillac's needs. Richard Montemurro

My Cadilac is very easy to use when you ar on the go and forget to lock your car. You can easily lock it from your location. Very handy and good ves you peace of mind
Worthless App

This app is worthless. I have entered my information over ten times and it keeps kicking me out every single time back to the beginning. I have only successfully accomplished changing my password ten times just like it asked me to with the same results. NOTHING!!!!!

Locked keys in trunk

This morning I went grocery shopping. As I unloaded my groceries I placed my keys and wallet in the trunk. Before I knew it I had closed the trunk realizing I had not unlocked the doors so I knew I had just locked my keys in the trunk. Good thing I had my phone in my back pocket. I go into the app to unlock my car but it’s asking me to update the app. I couldn’t for the life of me remember my password. No worries, I called customer service provided my code and just like that she unlocked my car. Love the service provided and how quickly they are to assist you. My morning was better after that. ?
Difficulty getting app to launch

I tried, and tried but the app crashed every time. Finally after uninstalling then reinstalling it finally worked. Works just like the old On Star App did.
Keeps closing

On iPhone 6S, latest operating updates. Open app will close - delete app - reinstall, and a couple of opens I can use app once - then have to delete and reinstall again!!!
