Worst app ever

This is the worst app I’ve ever used. The fob commands take 5 to 10 minutes to work. If you need to lock your doors or start your engine it is faster and safer to just go do it yourself. Also real time diagnostics does not work. It refreshes for 10 minutes then quits. Sooooo disappointed.

I have the BMW App for my car and you can do everything at no cost. When I downloaded the MyCadillac App I assumed the same. Was I surprised to find out that most features you have to pay additional to OnStar. This is a luxury brand and you should expect these luxury features to be at no cost to customers.

I’ve used this app with my past two Cadillacs work’s amazing until one day I started receiving errors and not it’s telling me to updated the app but brings me to a screen that’s prompting me to pay a $14.99 monthly fee?!! Seriously?
LOVED IT UNTIL it cost money!!

Not paying $14.99/month for app basics like remote entry, send to in dash nav and remote door locks. Was told these functions would stay free!! What a waste of money! Back to the old keys! Technology is a waste of money!
