I downloaded this app hoping to link it with my fitness watch to get some type of credit like other insurance companies offer. This app is worthless! Offers no incentives I have the app.

Can’t Even Log In

The Cunning Stunts

For some reason, even with the proper password and username, I cannot login to the app. How is that even possible? That’s like baseline functionality for any app

This app is as bad as the insurance. I have yet to be able to even log into it. ?

Care made simple my ass! NOTHING bcbs does for their customers is eeeever simple & i already knew this before i tried to help my son sign up w "my blue" under his group plan which i figured to be sure even they couldnt make something so simple so mind numbing but of course i should have known better. Even trying to enter something as simple as an i.d. # theyve made rediculously impossible & god forbid they give you any kind of instruction on anything. Theyre statements might as well be in japanese & believe me im not exggerating about that. & it may not be so bad if they gave examples or instructions on smthng like most normal insurance agencies & all the others are much easier to deal with. All ihave to say is as long as this comp has been around they need to come down off their pedastal & start givng a crap about their people because they are so much further down on the totem pole than they think they are. Most of the people that carry them is only bcause they had no other choice with a group plan.

Ohhhh... for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Mississippi members. Now if I could have read the entire app's name I wouldn't have downloaded it.

This shouldn't even be on the App Store. This app is not only badly written, it doesn't even scale to my iPad. I could have made the app better myself.

If I could give this 1/2 a star I would! I was only able to login to MyBlue twice. And that was after several attempts. Now I cannot login at all. It only gives me the option to enter my user name, no option to enter password. And the two times I was able to log on it did not give me an option for my I D card, the SOLE purpose of this app! I called Blue Cross and the nice lady told me she could see my I D card on her computer. Great, so could I, does that mean I have to carry my computer with me to doctor appointments to show them my "virtual" I D card? Absolutely worthless since I cannot even log in.

The developers should make it a lot more clear this app is for only a small minority of BCBS members. Looks like it's meant for all of them, but it's only for Mississippi members.
