Still doesn't work

Don't bother wasting your time with this app. I downloaded this app years ago and then got rid of it because it wouldn't recognize my login and password, so jump forward to the present and no change, it doesn't even recognize the member ID that they gave me.

I finally got my account, I log in and it makes me do a "wellness journey" so I finish it because it doesn't let me close out of it and when I hit continue... "Server error has occurred" it's ridiculous. This application is suppose to make things easier. Instead it makes everything more complicated.
Only Mississippi. Put that in your freaking title

Total pos. They trick you into downloading this app and it's only for Mississippi. I call bullshirt.

Wish I'd read the reviews first. I double checked my username & password multiple times, and it works just fine on the website but not the app. And you can't do jack without logging in. I mean, god forbid you could simply access the provider directory without logging in. This is one that needs a zero star. In fact, I think I'm going to report it to Apple as a non functioning app. Maybe that would get BCBSs attention.

I agree with the other reviewers - this app doesn't work (won't recognize login info). Typical of BC/BS not to provide customer friendly service.
