You have to use a virtual ID card but when you download the app & sign in to get the virtual ID card the app doesn't work. This is frustrating app needs fixing or mail me paper card!!!!!

Hides that is is for Mississippi, won't login, offers no explanations, never mentions Anthem. To me, a consumer, all of this is suspicious and warrants investigation.

The login server has been down since summer of 2015. They won't respond to emails and customer support is non existent. If you call BCBS your on hold for over an hour their actual website is also pretty horrible and difficult to negotiate.

My plan (or maybe all plans now) require that I only use a virtual ID card which sounds nice except that app rarely functions long enough to show it to anyone. Of course ALL doctors office want to copy 'front and back' of the card and it isn't even possible to print or save the image other than a screenshot. Pretty terrible planning.

Easy and Useful

This app for MS members is wonderful! It's so easy to navigate plus everything you need is immediately available on the screen when you log in. It provides me with all information needed for myself and for my provider. I've never had any issues with this app.

Needs an update

I've registered and upon logging in it tells me "Server Error." I do of course have Internet connection, so the only thing I can think of is the app needing updated.

Won't accept my member ID, useless

Can't register using the membership ID on my card. Tried all variants: with and without letters, with and without Member Suffix, with and without spaces. I give up.

I have a great wi fi signal and good cell signal. Cannot register for 6 hours due to "server error" try again loop. Unless this is a temporary thing, app is useless.
