Did not use the app to file but I did use their website. H&R got me a refund 4x bigger than their leading competitor. Competitor also begs every 2 seconds for you to upgrade and H&R does not. I will use them from now on.


Frustrating app, good customer service

I just spoke with a customer support representative who told me that there is no support for this app, which makes no sense. So what happens when the app fails and doesn’t seem save any of your information? I asked the call to be escalated and spoke to the most helpful rep of all time. My information has been saved, but HR Block is experiencing some technical issues after their February 9th update. Please be patient.

Really easy to navigate thru and I ended up opting in to use tax pro to finalize my taxes before submitting. Overall the app and online access made doing my taxes easier.


Trouble verifying identity

The app won’t let me check on my return status. It keeps telling me my I.D. Isn’t correct. I’m pretty sure my name hasn’t changed since I had my taxes done last month.

The app asks for my information but then tells me it is wrong so I cannot sign in so I have a useless app on my phone.

I waited to see if this App would provide me with my Federal Tax Refund information before the IRS Website would. The IRS Website gave me the information first. This App will not redirect to the IRS Website and only shows a white screen. Have to Sign In every time to enter the App. Should be able to save at least the Email Address
