I guess there are rules that prevent HR Block from giving me the access I need to previous tax years. This app is basically worthless. I can get all the same info from Google. Don’t waste your time. I’ll just download the IRS app.
Can’t seem to sign on.

I’m able to use my finger print id or sign on manually, but the. I get the spinning wheel with no end in sight. ?

Terrible app. Still can’t verify my identity to get my tax return from last year. They said this “bug” would be fixed... it’s been a year and I still can’t do it. Now I have to drive to an HR Block location and wait for some guy to print it out... it’s 2018 get it together.
Can’t access unless you have an emerald card

Downloaded the app to keep tabs on my tax return and can’t even log in because I can’t remember my password. If you try to reset it asks for an emerald card number which I have never had one.
