APP works great!

Cgig

Don’t understand why some people are leaving reviews for the machine or for the people who sold them the actual CPAP and masks. The app works as advertised, does everything it needs to.

There were five of us receiving this equipment through the VA. Outstanding instructions on proper, use and care of equipment. Full hands on demonstration. Pros and cons of use. All questions, cares and concerns were thoroughly addressed and answered. First time use was very easy. Still have to make adjustments to feel more at ease.

Nice app

ZBohlman

Nice app that helps me view data easily from my machine. Was easy to get synced up. The only thing I'd like to see added is the ability to swipe left and right between days instead of clicking through drop down menus.

Need to be interactive

I’d like to be able to enter and track info about my cleaning schedule, like when I last sanitized my machine or changed the filter. I’d also like to see how long I’m actually asleep, currently l can only get this data at my Doctors office.

Can’t use!

I am military overseas and the machine can’t be registered for this app, I got an error it doesn’t support it. I use the website daily and would love to use the app, is there any plan to track any device registered anywhere?

Scores seem Iffy

Michael J Cuevas

My worst night of sleep in weeks, it was seriously awful...my sleep score? 88 The app/CPAP has an issue identifying actual sleep disturbances and applying them to a score that would reflect poor sleep. Every morning when I pull up my info it puts me in a bad mood just seeing how skewed the data is. The CPAP does make my sleep better, no need to seemingly feed me bad data points to make your system look like it’s doing a great job.

Nice but needs improvements

Two major things I would like to see.. 1. HealthKit integration 2. A way to email and text the info to my doctor Also it needs to send the information sooner. Sometimes it’s an hour before I can view my night. One last thing would be a push notification that my report is ready to view. If you can’t speed up the sending time at least tell me when it’s ready so I’m not constantly checking the app.

Data incorrectly reported

JB9321

Several times my score for the night shows less than a hour however I had it on all night I get up to use the bathroom on a average once a night. I try to send a message to the company via the app but it says the server is not accepting at this time try later. I get this every day.

App requires you to log in for every use. Why no Face ID? Beyond annoying!

Agree w others, needs Apple HealthKit integration

I find it clunky that the CPAP can’t just talk right to the app over WiFi or Bluetooth and relies solely on cellular and server side processing to display the data in the app but I don’t think there is much they can do about that at this point. The hour long delay is annoying. When I wake up like many others I reach for my phone and check email, weather, Facebook, etc. I would like to include this data in that routine but it takes over an hour to process and become available in the app. In any case it would be great if the app could report at bare minimum sleep time to HealthKit.
