Could be better

No way to submit trouble reports. If I could I would let them know that when you touch the rightmost bar on the graphs, the numeric value does not display in a popup as it does when you touch any other bars. Also, the support menu at first makes it look like you can compose and submit ticket (i.e., it says "400 characters left") but all you can really do is select from a predefined list of questions and then click the link they give you to an article.

Cute but lousy

Troutnut1

Cute marketing gimmick but no real data is available and what there is is temporary. Better off to download Sleepyhead for Windows or Mac and import data via an SD card. Huge amounts of data and graphs are captured this way. When you see what is really available it will make you angry that this app provides such a skimpy and irrelevant view. Shame on Resmed for holding out on us like this. Also, by doing it this way you don’t have to wait for your device to take it’s sweet time calling in. Why Resmed doesn’t have a setting to force uploads of data is beyond me. Instead it takes about and hour after you stop using it to call home. So lame!

Not Accurate

One thing I had an issue with is the mask of feature. I’ve been napping during the day , recovering from surgery. At night, I may have removed the mask three times. But it also took into court removal during nap times. It counted against the score. I agree with another, information is incomplete .

Not worth the DL

Seems like there is a much better app, but doesn’t apply to the Resmed My Air machine. Don’t waste time with this app. It’s just one dimensional and give you little feedback. Website isn’t much better. I purchased the machine based on the “pitch”; it has an app and you can track your results, check you airflow, etc. Nope don’t do it.

HealthKit integration?

cyberhomie

Not bad, but it would be nice if the data could be integrated with HealthKit.

Equipment lost or broken or just getting equipment right from the start

careful carol

The people doing the initial training should be trained in fitting the right equipment to the client. It took 3 trials before getting the right mask, then the third counted as part of the equipment for the time period and it should have been put towards still fitting the right equipment to the client, especially since it was causing skin breakdown across the nose. It takes longer than a few days or week. To get comfortable with a mask. A client that is on social security can not afford to replace broken or lost equipment. The equipment is to expensive to replace broken or lost parts. It’s not as if clients loose or brake parts on purpose. Situations just happen. The equipment is frail and easy to brake.

Appears to look and report the same as the website, so nothing new there. I have my annual checkup with my Sleep Dr. coming up. In preparing for this, I have a wonderful 24hr recordable oximeter ($125.00 - unit straps to wrist and lead to slip on finger) that I can wear at night with my Cpap. The next day, I can download and print out the report results to hand-carry to my appointment. During this preparation, it will be interesting to check nightly oxygen levels against the reported apnea events. I would think having detailed oxygen levels along with apnea events would be most critical. We’ll see in two weeks what the Dr says. In the meantime, for this app, in conjunction of reporting numbers of apnea’s, while low or high, I would also like to know “when” and “how long lasted” for each apnea event.

I’ve used a CPAP for years and just this year I got a new machine which contained the emails from you, I really like getting the feedback on a daily basis. Thank you!

Forget the coaching

imsoDZ

Not sure why this app works so poorly. Get up in the morning and it takes hours before you can see your data. Tried to use coaching but for one video it could not find a server for some reason. Now I’m stuck on that page and can’t get back to the coaching home page. I had to shut down my iPhone to get out. I’m hoping the data on the card is better than what you get from the app.
