I’ve said for years that my AFLAC cancer policy was the best insurance I’ve ever purchased. I’ve talked about how easy it is to file claims, how responsive and helpful customer service is... BUT, something has changed. I’ve tried all day to get a representative on the phone to discuss a claim I filed for injectable chemo but the benefit paid was for a scan. However, I had to leave a call back number and a call back was scheduled for 2:45 PM. It’s now 5:00 PM and I have not received a call. I’ve tried calling back and the call tree recording keeps malfunctioning and I can’t get to ANYONE on the phone it keeps directing me to schedule a call back, which I’ve already done and AFLAC hasn’t called. I would have never expected this from AFLAC. Very disappointed.

Terrible, terrible customer service. It’s been 6 weeks and I still don’t know if I’m going to be covered for short term disability. I would not recommend spending your money on a useless policy.
App doesn’t load

This app will not load on iPhone 6. Just “flashes” as if its trying to load. One star is an overrating-should be less than that. I would give them a 1/2 star for the Duck thumbnail.

You enable Face ID through the app which has yet to work. Highly annoying to have to continually enter and re-enter my information.
Aflac didn’t pay my claim

I send a claim in on dec 27th I have contact Aflac several times. My claim is in review and has been for 2 weeks. I been trying to reach out to cooperate

I just want to say how much I appreciate Aflac and all the personnel that makes it work. Every time that I have been in need of help. Aflac was there. And the online claim system is fantastic. Sincerely thank you.
