App won’t tell you if payment due. Cancelled my policy then after that processed my payment. Developer responded to look under payment. It doesn’t show it there. Needs work.

I’m currently at the pharmacy trying to get my prescription. I can’t reach my agent assigned to me and the customer service option is limited. This all a hassle while I’m dealing with trying to get my prescription

I am extremely upset by the lack of urgency with Aflac. I should be relaxing at home with my newborn instead everyday I’m double checking to see if my claim has gone through yet. It has been two months since I first started my short term disability claim and every other week I’m told I still have paperwork to turn in. It takes 2-3 days for anyone to call you back and they say your all set just to receive more paperwork in the mail from Aflac. I plan on taking legal action to receive the money owed to me during this time since that is clearly the only way I’ll receive it.

Every time I open the app I have to do a full login. Even if I check the remember me box it resets every time. Thought it was going to do Face ID once but it just froze and I had to force close to get out

App wont load most information or buttons. Then when it does load them buttons wont work. Got halfway through trying to file a claim multiple times and it kicks me off the claim page and back to the home page. Extremely frustrating for something that's supposed to be convenient.

Totally garbage app. Always struggle to sign in, really buggy app. Hard going once you finally manage to log in.

Every time I try to file a claim I get transferred all around and it states my policy has been terminated get I still have withdraws taken from my paycheck this is bizarre that the two departments can’t talk to each other and figure out what policies are actually active

Your automated phone service is terrible. I would rather wait on hold to talk to someone than get a “call back”. It is very irritating that there is not a choice. I did your call back last week and when they did call back they hung up on me
