AFLAC has been there for me over the years and the application makes things easier to submit claims when laid up for medical reasons.
Poor service

I have never had to deal with a company before that provided the poor quality of service that i received from Aflac. It is sad that you can not get customer service center. You have to put a call back option which doesn’t work half the time or call you back 4 to 6 days later later. The new menu option is terrible and doesn’t work for everyone. The purpose of having these phone services are for us to get customer services but we don’t. I’m very unhappy about the new phone options.
Aflac must be busy.

Been over a month no response from anyone other than a message. Sent a message to our local representative and guess? Nothing. Thinking it’s a waste of money when your payment is late or missing they will call you!
Can’t file physical therapy

I’ve been trying to file my physical therapy on my app and it won’t let me plus I have all my paperwork from my doctor and I still can’t file my paperwork.. please help
