Poor UI, not comfortable to navigate and slow. I have two accounts, and I am permanently logged in to the one tied to my #. I paid for Weekend data twice and never activated/ shown in my MB balance. "Shake it" says try in two days, and when I log in after two days, asks to try in six days. It is better to use "my Vodafone" from Safari. Don't need that 80MB app.

Can't register or log in with the app. I was able to register online but even after that I still could not log in to the app.

I can’t even login. Won’t recognize user name or phone number in the “forgot my user name” process which I tried as a work around.

A complete waste of time downloading this app. It doesn’t even recognize my phone number or email when trying to login. Click forgot login or password and you are presented with a page mostly in Greek (no offense meant to the Greeks). Once again when you type in your email or Username or number…

The app doesn’t work. It won’t allow me to register. It keeps telling me there is an issue with the phone number. If I try to check my account by turning off my WiFi it doesn’t do anything. Thankfully I’m only using this company for two weeks is the only redeeming part.

Can’t even register lol useless, others I see here on reviews have the same problem, I wonder why it has not been fixed.

App won’t let me sign in using my credentials. They say my username or password is incorrect when they work perfectly on desktop. That’s not even to mention all the bugs that exist with the drop down menus and payment options. For a while you couldn’t choose your bank from the drop down list so I had no way to load money onto my account. Such a useless app that I am considering switching providers for less of a hassle

I have an iPhone and I keep getting an error message ‘due to service unavailability we are unable to process this request’ and none of the employees in the store or online are able to help me.
