Utterly useless. When I bought my Vodafone SIM card in the Netherlands, I was told that I’d be able to use the service in Greece with no problems, and that if I wanted to add data to it, all I had to do was download the Vodafone app. Well... I was able to create a login on the Vodafone Netherlands website (despite the site only being available in Danish, a language that I don’t read, I was able to muddle through it), and put money on my account, but as far as I can tell there’s no way to add data on there. So I downloaded this app, as the guy in the store told me. But apparently the app that I can download here in Greece is only for Vodafone Greece, and I can’t access my Netherlands account from it. And I can’t download the Vodafone Netherlands app from the App Store here (when I click on the link for it on the Vodafone.nl site, I get a message from the App Store saying that it’s “not available in your country or region”). So basically I’ve got €20 on my account, ready to purchase another 3GB of data, but there’s no apparent way for me to actually do it. Seriously guys. You’re a massive international company. Surely you can do better than this. Oh, and the kicker? When I try calling Vodafone’s support number (1200), I get told that I’ve “used up all of my calls to the support system” and then it hangs up on me. What, like the call that I made (per the text message that was sent to me when I actives the SIM) to change notifications to English so that I could actually read them? Now I apparently can’t even access any of their automated systems. Absurd. Seriously, I’m now convinced that Vodafone is the worst, most customer unfriendly company ever (I also had issues with them in Italy last year). I won’t be using them again.

Proves that Vodafone are not really conversant with UK customers and obviously this Greek issue is a bit dodgy to me. Time to really reconsider switching to a UK friendly provider and one that values UK customer base. I am of the opinion that Vodafone shares personal data with foreign countries.

What app in this day and age does not have landscape mode to take advantage of an HD ration screen? With iPad cases and keyboards becoming ever so common, if an app were stuck int he portrait only era of the iPhone, there is little care given to the user experience but he developer, and thus, should be a 0 star rated!

App Languege defaults to Greek when you try to register and there is no discernible way of changing it.

When you attempt to create account, the language switches to Greek with no way to change it to any other language. Horrible app. Worthless.

Login never works. It will not let me log in via quick access. It keeps telling to turn WiFi off but is already off. Also my username and password will not work. But in a web browser it works fine
