Why this app doesn’t even have an English version?!! You can’t even register!!!!!!

While in Germany and unable to understand German, I Purchased extra data At a Vodafone-Shop. Did the code, etc. Salesperson said I needed to download App to activate extra data. ???? Downloaded app. Must register. instructions printed in Greek. Must wait for a.m. for another visit at another V. shop.

When it gonna be fixed? Russian and Ukrainian people can’t use Vodafone app too now. What’s wrong with you guys?

App does not work. It's like they're TRYING to drive customers insane. Terrible.
Bad design; unable to register

Unable to use. Drop down box doesn’t scroll. Cannot choose English language. Poor design and not tested properly.

Horrible app. Can’t believe such a big company can’t make a simple app that will be working. Default language is not mine and I can’t change that, reset password is not working. App team should be fired!

The initial interface is in English, but when you attempt to register an account, it switches to Greek... with no way of changing it. How such an oversight could be allowed on an official app is beyond ridiculous to me.

Par for the course for the company’s customer support/interface. Doesn’t allow you to login and then switches the language to Greek inexplicably when you try to register/get your password. Why are Vodafone’s customer service products so terrible? It’s all Greek to me!
