No more clients!

Beautiful dreamer yo

I’m at level 10 and no clients are available for me to do services on even though I have EVERY plant and product.

Downloaded this game twice and had the same problems twice. Too many glitches to want to continue playing. Will go to a neighbors spa to help or make a purchase and it won’t allow me to go back home when I press the home button. Too frustrated with it so I’ll be deleting the game

Update: still no response from tech support and my bridge has been building for about three weeks now! Lost data with the update and at this point I’m over it. Uninstalling which is disappointing because if they fix it and I reinstall I’m sure I’ll be back at square one. Thanks but no thanks. I really used to love this game but since the last update my bridge has been building for over a week still reading the same time. I advanced to level 24 but i can’t get to the other side of the map due to the bridge being stuck. I’ve contacted the developers but still no fix. Won’t continue to play and if not fixed soon uninstalling.

Thank you for listening to feedback here at the App Store. I LOVE that you added the ability to order enhancements through the concierge service. Honestly, if it were not for that, I would have no ability to get those products. To ask players to purchase those through in app purchases was not the best idea, and I’m glad you added the concierge feature. One thing you could look into is support through the game. I contacted support three times with no response. The issue I had has been resolved, but the only response I received is here is n the App Store. I changed my review to five stars because this game now deserves that rating. Thanks for everything you did!

It used to be when you signed into the game you received 20 purple gems, then had the option to watch a video to double it. Now it’s only 1 gem and you double it. Now I can’t upgrade my storage or other things, because it’s goings to take forever to get gems. I used to play this game everyday but now since I can’t really do much i don’t play it.

This is by far one of the most interesting and amusing games I have played. Although, there are a few things that would be nice if they were changed and would keep us as players more hooked onto the game. Such as, less waiting times for products to be made because some of the wait times are bizarre!!! Another thing that would make the game for fun is if we would search for a product in the boutique! Such as if I would like more vegan nail polish, I can just search for it and it could bring up sellers who have it in their boutique! This will be such a great feature for people who are desperately in need of a product!!! Hopefully more features will get added onto the game soon because for people like us who have reached around level 45 there isn’t much more to do :(

Screen is stuck

My screen is stuck where I’m prompted to send premium clients to be treated. I can’t get the assisting character’s dialogue off the screen. Everything else is dark besides a small circle where it’s supposed to show me where to click. But instead it doesn’t show where to click. I’m able to navigate that circle wherever. Please help!
