I love playing the game but the only minor setback for me is that for some reason I am unable to give gifts?? For some reason it says “the current device doesn’t support the gift system” is there a reason why? I have an iPhone XR.

I bought a limited time package for $9.99 and the items (gems and a part time item) disappeared after the update. I have emailed the company and haven’t got a reply. I loved this game but, now I hesitate to ever play again. Please refund me or give me back my items!

Good game but I have a few issues

When I saw The picture I thought it would be really cool but when I downloaded it it was way worse than I was expecting it because The first time The first Time I used Lucky box that gives you building materials The only thing I wanted to get the bling bling heart chocolate cake but there was a 99.9% chance of getting Spruce. And you have to be at A specific level to get level to get that theme!!! And last of all set decors are too expensive.

So thankful to the person who created this game, but honestly also feel bad for that person to have such an incompetent support team. When people send complaints to their emails they block that customer’s email address. Okay, this is how the world works, your clients pay you, you should get your job done, that’s it! The game keeps crashing, there are bugs after bugs, not to mentioned that the internet connection of this game is a problem that people just keep complaining years after years. People are leaving the game just because of these reasons. Don’t just take people’s money then do nothing and give them a trashy customer service!

This is a cute anime style game, and it’s different than other cafe games you’ve probably played. I will say it can be buggy at times, I wish they would work on that a bit more, but overall a fun game. :)

Please help me, today this morning I opened the game it restarted everything all my progress was gone so I deleted the game and I didn’t get my progress back I really worked hard on this game please help me it won’t let me go back to my old game

I love this game but it is a thief. I spend money on games I like because I want something that ENHANCES my game play. However this is not the case with this game...the amount for the packages seems to go up every update but the odds of winning gets worst after each update. I have Asian neighbors that seem to have 2-3 of the same PT from EVERY SINGLE UPDATE yet I’m spinning and spinning at different times of the day and NOTHING. I like the game I do....but as far as spending my hard earned money on it, not anymore! I deal with a lot of nonsense for my paycheck only to give it to someone WHO DOES NOT LOSE ANYTHING BY ALLOWING PEOPLE WHO SPEND MONEY TO WIN PT but CHOOSES NOT TO! ??‍♀️

I like the game it’s fun and addicting. I’m getting really addicting with doing orders. There’ are some changes this game needs. First of all I would like it if we can save our restaurants in slots I really hate to redecorate again it would save a lot of time please do that secret bistro ! Second of all I would like to walk my avatar in others people restaurant and virtually talk them right there and then it would be super awesome ! Please bistro for the sake of this game and to get more players active lower the gem price for lucky box it’s super pricey for 30 gems just to spruce mithril or magic paint it’s not really that worth it. We want high pt jobs as well give us a chance please ! Lower your prices and I will buy ! I really love this game it’s super adorable but these few changes would be great and more fun !
