Lil problem

Ever since the update it has been kicking me out of the game and isn’t working properly. I love it I just wanted to let ye know.

I love the game but it keeps taking me out the game and it would be if add some more dishes permanently instead of adding them then taking them off that would be my only complaint other then I love the games

Great Game but Terrible Server

I’ve been playing this game for over 8 months now and have only missed few days. The game is definitely very interesting but it can become very demanding sometimes as one can easily spend over 2 hours per day on the game, but that’s just me personally. As a longtime loyal fan, I’ve spent tons of money for sure in this game. The characters and all the fancy part-time buildings are rendered beautifully so hands up for the great work from the team. However, the server is very problematic. It’s very common to hear complaints from fellow players about the constant “Network Error” message that follows with game crashing. It is super frustrating for a longtime player like me as reloading takes extra time. What’s more frustrating is that with every update, there comes new problem: game crashes when entering other players restaurant, or placing newly gained Lucky Box items, or packing ship items. I think having a smooth, fast, and strong game server can greatly impact the overall game experience. I have seen multiple people quit the game due to the constant game crashing. Therefore, I highly urge the technical team to value network and server issues as it really makes it difficult to continue playing.

Fun game. I really enjoy it. However, the most recent update has been causing the game to crash. I keep getting this error “Unmatched server data (VITAL_ERROR)”.

Love game, too many errors

Absolutely love this game, I’ve put a lot of my time into building my cafe. The past couple weeks my app keeps getting errors and needing to restart. (Ex. VITAL ERROR) being one that’s happening a lot. Or it will quit out of the game completely. Never had this happen much in the past except every now and then. Please correct this, it’s becoming very frustrating and don’t want to quit this game because of it. Many thanks!

The only real issues with this game is the constant crashing when you are trying to do the ship order feature this has gotten worse with the recent update now it shows a VITAL error message. The other problem is when you doing some quest the count doesn’t apply mostly on packing orders you have to do more then the standard 3/3 or 10/10. Fix it already please!!!

Cute game but a lot of network and tech issues

I’ve been playing this game since last year and i love it since it’s cute and entertaining. I like that I’m able to socialize, make my bistro cuter as I level up, and customize my character. However, I do experience constant network issues even though my WiFi and cellular data works fine. At least twice a day do I get a pop up saying ‘network error!’ and the game crashes. What’s even more frustrating is that like other people have been saying, ever since the update I always get a ‘VITAL ERROR’ pop up every time I go into the boat orders and again my game closes! I don’t know what kind of game update makes these error pop ups happen so often, it’s becoming hard to even play the game. If this doesn’t get fixed, I’ll honestly probably stop playing this game.This is something that needs to be looked into, a lot of us have been experiencing this for a while now.

Would give 5 stars but...

Recently with the new update the game keeps restarting itself with a notification that says “Unmatched Server Data Vitial_Error” any time I pack my orders :(

It is not fair to Players who choose pay for VIP access and not get the decor it offers. Regardless if they “go slow” with spinning these boxes. Your system is broken and needs fixing. If we pay for it we should get it, not just building materials and yellow tickets that most of us can’t even SS staff with. I like this game but this is disappointing and I can’t keep wasting my money like this.
