Items disappeared – My Secret Bistro Review

I bought a limited time package for $9.99 and the items (gems and a part time item) disappeared after the update. I have emailed the company and haven’t got a reply. I loved this game but, now I hesitate to ever play again. Please refund me or give me back my items!
