Doesn’t open on IPad any more

Icon just flashes and goes blank. Still works on IPhone, thank goodness, because I have hundreds of recipes there. I’ve depended on this app for years and am extremely disappointed that it has failed.

I used to love this app, but, for quite awhile now I have been unable to download any recipes from any site. I find a recipe that I like, and hit the “import” button and it says “importing” but I get nothing. Now if I want to add a recipe to my book, I have to print a copy from a website and then manually enter it. Something needs to be done with this problem. I have deleted the app, reloaded and signed in again, and my recipes are there, but, I cannot get any new ones off of any of the sites, whether I try easy import or another import. I am starting to transfer my recipes to other apps now, as I don’t know how long this one is even going to be working and I don’t want to lose the recipes I already have.

Can no longer import recipes from online — not using easy import or custom import. I have loved this app for years and recommended to many friends. Thought it would not work because I had iPad 2 so bought a new iPad and it still doesn’t work!!! So sad!

I have really enjoyed this app as well. But as many have mentioned the easy import feature no longer works. I see the last update was eight months ago. The last blog entry was from 2014. I’m wondering if it’s been abandoned. I think I’ll start looking for a new app. It was good while it lasted.

Recently, this app has lost many of its most useful features. I suspect on-line recipe sites started pushing back. This was by far the most useful recipe database I’ve used and I sincerely hope that the developers are able to update it soon and restore the lost functionality.

I have loved this app for years. But it's not working. Easy import won't work at all. I can't find custom import on my phone, and that won't work on my iPad. I don't want to have to find a new app.

Seems like the developers gave up on this app. The easy imports no longer works and the app hasn’t had a facelift since I downloaded the app a few years ago. Still my go to because it hold all my recipes but wish they’d work on updating the app more.

Easy import isn’t working for me?!

Have used this app for years and loved it- but now having problems now with the easy import feature (have been trying on Allrecipes website.) App says it is importing but nothing happens- and recipe is not in my index. Please help!! When the easy import feature was working this was one of my favorite recipe apps. For other fixes - would love the option to upload and title a jpeg image- get rid of some paper copies without taking the time to type in.

I used this app for all my recipes. I loved that I could label them as ones my husband liked, ones that were lchf, etc. it was easy to import. But it doesn’t work anymore. I’ll be looking into other apps, I guess. Which is a real disappointment. Maybe I’ll just go back to my hard copies so this doesn’t happen again.
