Still Crashing Help me!!!

I had it working, and then early this morning, it would load only half way before shutting down! I deleted and redownloaded it, only to have it still keep doing it to me! I want to cry, and it doesn't help that my iPad crashed, so I lost the game profile I had on it, and just had to start anew on my iPod. I wish I could get my account back, but for now, I just wish for my game to load so I can play. It's may 11th and my game is still crashing as it loads! I can't even try for spike and the party items cause of the crash!!! Please fix it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not sure how to contact anyone but I just purchased half baked apple. When I click on his home and his photo it brings me to some land and there's no pony there? I'm not sure what to do?

I am abscessed with mlp but I don't really like the gems. Because you need gems a lot. And they are hard to get plus I don't want to buy them. I delete mlp and get it back just to get gems. FIX THIX.

I love MLP, the fandom is great, the game is great, but why is it always gems gems gems gems gems, maybe another easier way to get gems besides the crystal mine, cause i never see those there, oh and in rarity's boutique how letting people by material for bits, it'd make everyone's lives easier. And maybe lower the high priced ponies down in the shop PERMANENTLY. Id say do that or you're gonna lose a valuable customer. And customers.
