Can’t scroll down to the continue button when signing up

Tried to sign up using the app. There is no way to go past entering the state in my address. Tried to scroll down past it and the on screen keyboard covers the text boxes for the address so I can’t even get to the continue button. Is this a reflection of the type of service I can expect at your dealerships?

After tying in the City, you get the state selection, but no NEXT button or way to get past it.

Can’t get past the initial sign up screen as there is no next button after entering my state and I can’t reduce the keyboard to get to the next entry and the continue button.

Won’t acknowledge my location says my email is not associated with any account when I try to set up a new account it says my email is already registered SMDH....closest location it comes up with is 400 miles away ....developers need to fix their app

This app is useless. It won’t find my dealership. My Lithia Nissan dealership is directly across the street from a Lithia Chrysler dealership. The app only recognizes the Chrysler dealership. Therefore, I cannot book an appointment at my dealership and they do not answer their phones so the only option I have to book an appointment is to go to the dealership in person. Extremely inconvenient. :/

Keeps crashing when trying to open. Can’t click on anything in the menu unless you want the app to close. Can’t search for anything anymore. App is a waste of time and space on your phone. It would be faster to drive to the service department ask your question, have lunch then drive home, then it would to use this app. The only reason they get 1 star is because I have to mark 1 to post a review
