I downloaded this app as we were purchasing a Ram pickup. The closest dealership on the app is 75 miles away. There is no way to add the local one, and no help access. It looks like it has great potential, if only it could be set up properly.
Can’t find my dealership

The app can’t find my dealership, Lithia Chrysler Dodge of Santa Rosa anymore. Completely useless.

Your Carpet and Mold Guy
From the moment I pulled up to service I felt confident. A smiling lady Advisor greeted me and invited me in to her office. Jodi introduced herself and asked what brought me today. I explained the reason for my visit and she reiterated my concerns. She showed me to the lounge and said she would find me after the mechanic checked out my car. I enjoyed the paper, snacks and coffee. Before long Jodi came back to get me. She explained what was found with my car and prioritized immediate safety concerns and other less pressing items. No pressure here. I authorized the repairs and Christian had me on my way rather quickly. The car was clean and I went on my way very satisfied. I will be back in 3000 miles. Thank you Jodi for a great service experience.

I tried multiple times to make an appointment through the app and every time I call to see if it’s confirmed the day before they say they do not see my name. It’s easier to call in at this point.
App has some major issues

The whole text/keyboard on App looks way bigger than text on other apps which makes you start questioning if this app’s bugs were ironed out before its release. This app doesn’t help Lithia’s image by looking amateurish. App keeps saying it’s loading at times. Didn’t even bring up my vehicles except the one - so I had to re-add my vehicles. One vehicle says I have 8 recalls but when I click on that button I get a blank screen. My other two vehicles show blank screens for service. Your app needs more work.

App Still doesn’t work —- thumbs down Can't get this app to work - can't login, to schedule a appt. I've requested password change and it still doesn't let me log in. Grrrr
